About the event
This class combines the energy of jazz, funk and hip hop choreography with the power of movement therapy. No judgment, just positive vibes and healing moves. We’ll dance our way to self-discovery and empowerment together!
-Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, athletic clothing and dance appropriate athletic shoes
-Please be here 10 mins before the start of class, the doors will be locked 7 mins after class begins.
-Missed classes will not be rescheduled or refunded.
