This session will help you affirm that you are aligned with your present & future goals, aligned with the best version of yourself and aligned with your inner peace.

This session will soothe your body through herbal tea and relax your entire being with beautiful crystal singing bowls and other ancient healing instruments.

We will be doing a Senegalese tea 🇸🇳 ceremony. This ceremonial tea is called Ataya. A tea you share amongst close friends. A tea that is made in 3 stages. The 3 stages represent the three stages of growth we travel through as earth bodies. This will be explained during our session.
