About the event
World Rhythm and Flow is a Vinyasa yoga flow led by Bianca that harmoniously blends the power of dynamic movement with the soothing sounds of a global music playlist, curated by Bee herself. This flow concludes, with a mindful tea ceremony, imparting the wisdom of patience and the art of moving slowly.

- Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water.
- Please be here 10 mins before the start of class, the doors will be locked 10 mins after class begins.
